NCai Terms of Use
By using NCai you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. The service
NCai provides on-device fitness logging, plans, reminders (wake-up and other reminders are normal notifications and can arrive a few minutes late; NCai is not an alarm clock), Health Connect read-only sync, AI coaching and food photo analysis (Pro/Elite, powered by Google Gemini with daily limits), and paid Lite, Pro and Elite plans. Paid plans on Android are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions through Google Play. Manage or cancel in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
2. Not medical advice
Training, nutrition, sleep and recovery suggestions are general fitness information. They are not medical advice. You use NCai at your own risk. Stop and seek professional help if you feel pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the profile you enter (weight, injuries, limits). Do not share your password. We use your email address only for account emails — the verification code when you register and password-reset codes — sent via Gmail (Google) from the NCai address. You may delete your account as described in Settings and on the deletion page.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the AI, attempt to break the service, or use NCai for anything illegal. Camera food logging is for your own meals.
5. Subscriptions
Prices and period (monthly/yearly) are shown in the Play purchase sheet. Google Play’s refund and cancellation rules apply. Free features remain available if you do not subscribe.
6. Changes
We may update the app and these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the current terms. Material privacy changes will be reflected in the Privacy Policy date.
