Delete your NCai account
You can delete your NCai account yourself in the app, or request deletion from this page.
In the app (fastest)
- Open NCai → menu → Settings.
- Privacy & Data → Delete account and data.
- Confirm with your password. If you signed in with Google or Apple, type DELETE instead.
This permanently deletes your NCai account on our server (email, name, password hash, plan) and your cloud backup, then wipes NCai data on that device and signs you out. Rate-limit and usage counters expire on their own within a few days.
Also cancel any Pro/Elite subscription in Google Play so you are not billed after deletion. Deleting your account does not cancel the subscription.

If you cannot open the app, send the email you used to sign in. We will delete the account and any cloud backup tied to that email and confirm by email. You can also email neekocoach.ai@gmail.com from the address you used in NCai.
